SALZGITTER, Germany (Reuters) -Volkswagen and its partners will spend over 20 billion euros ($20.38 billion) in a battery mobile small business, creating 20,000 work and targetting yearly revenue previously mentioned 20 billion euros by 2030 as it seeks to defeat U.S. rival Tesla which prospects in the rising industry.
